The last shall be first and the first shall be last...

With the click of a button I've done it. I've joined the world of blogging. Though the eldest in a clan of six, it took my youngest sibling's blog to push me over that last hump of resistance (thanks Jeffe). Why have I held-out so long? Perhaps because I don't know that I have much to say when I think about the daily routines of my life or maybe it's because my siblings do such an exceptional job of making the mundane things sound witty, thought-provoking and down-right entertaining. How can I compete with that? I have a friend I much admire. When I read her blog, it makes me want to sign-on as her agent and publish her life's memoir. Will I find as much enjoyment creating and keeping a blog as I do in reading and catching up through all of yours? I guess that is to be determined, but in any event I can't let my pride or insecurities frustrate the opportunity to share my family with the friends and family I love. Besides, who won't enjoy seeing photos of my cute kids?
